Using Chakras to heal
1. Start with "I need 'phrase you issue'" e.g. "I need respect from Alan".
2. Do you feel comfortable saying it to yourself out loud? Is your body at peace?
3. If not, continue working at this chakra every day till it is.
4. Then move up to the next chakra e.g. "I want respect from Alan".
5. When you find comfort at "I am respect from Alan" that journey is over
6. Bring awareness to your transformed life and give gratitude
