The tetra-lemma of Ignorance, Awareness, Light and Dark.
As an example, consider a scenario where I have lost my will and am consciously or unconsciously going through an experience.
Stage 1: Ignorance & Dark
I have no thoughts about my unconscious routine and how it effects me or others around me.
Stage 2: Aware and Dark
I starts to occasionally realize that I would rather be in a different experience but at this stage I have no will or even any idea of how to begin to change. (We only reach Stage 2 when our deeper self knows that we have the potential to evolve.)
Stage 3: Ignorance & Light
I decide now that I must do something so I try many things to change, but nothing seams to 'stick'.
Stage 4: Aware & Light
Over time I find a way that works "for me for this particular issue of my life" and regain complete control of my will. (We only get to Stage 4 with the learnings from life experiences in Stage 3.)
Stage 5: Freedom
Looking back I realize that I have transcended the 'issue' - it is the past and I have mastered that part of myself. (Now with the added Awareness we have gained our Mind will pick something else to bring from Stage 1 to Stage 2, and life goes on).
We constantly have multiple 'issues' running at different stages but keep in mind that our Consciousness will only bring to our Awareness those 'issues' that we are ready to handle.
"When he worked on me, I knew I was in a very safe, gentle and professional space. He is a great therapist and heals from the heart. Vishal is also one of those people with whom you just connect in a great way. You are in a very safe and healing space with him."
N.S.
Transformation happens at 3 levels.
Proportions vary depending on the person and the issue.
Instantly
I experience immediate changes in my emotions, perceptions, and motivations.
Progressively
I notice incremental shifts and find it more natural to live my chosen behaviors.
Over time
I look back one and realize that my life has changed in ways that I could not have perceived at the time.
