The tetra-lemma of Ignorance, Awareness, Light and Dark.
As an example, consider a scenario where I have lost my will and am a habitual drinker.
Stage 1: Ignorance & Dark
I have no idea and even no thoughts about loved ones who wait for me hoping that I would be with them.
Stage 2: Aware and Dark
I starts to realize that people who care are waiting for me but at this stage I have no will to change.
Stage 1: Ignorance & Light
I decide now that I must do something so I try many things to change, but nothing 'sticks'.
Stage 4: Aware & Light
I find a way that works "for me" and over time regain complete control over this part of my life.
Stage 5: Freedom
The thought of going to drink does not exist for me. I have transcended the 'issue' - it is the past.
Our unconscious Mind will only bring to our Awareness those things that we are ready to handle.
We can not get to Stage 2 unless a deeper self knows that we already have the life experiences and potential to evolve.
"When he worked on me, I knew I was in a very safe, gentle and professional space. He is a great therapist and heals from the heart. Vishal is also one of those people with whom you just connect in a great way. You are in a very safe and healing space with him."
Transformation happens at 3 levels.
Proportions vary depending on the person and the issue.
I experience immediate changes in my emotions, perceptions, and motivations.
I notice incremental shifts and find it more natural to live my chosen behaviors.
I look back one and realize that my life has changed in ways that I could not have perceived at the time.
